We are an organization dedicated to promote and encourage participation in rope skipping which is a simple, effective and fun way to get fit!
We work with the community to encourage participation in rope skipping and to pursue a healthy lifestyle through mass-participation events, rope skipping programs, competition, workshops and performances.
Rope Sports (Singapore) is also a member of the Asian Rope Skipping Federation which is the official Asian continental federation affiliated with the FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DE SAUT À LA CORDE – INTERNATIONAL ROPE SKIPPING FEDERATION (FISAC-IRSF).
